We diagnose why your revenue system isn't performing — marketing, admissions, CRM, business development — and then build the system that fixes it. We don't hand you a report and disappear. We stay through implementation and stabilization.

  • We work best with multi-site behavioral health operators, regional PHP/IOP networks, and PE-backed treatment organizations that already have marketing infrastructure, CRM, and admissions staff in place — but the pieces aren't working together. If you have lead volume but inconsistent conversion, or a CRM nobody trusts, that's our lane.

  • Every engagement begins with a Tier 1 Revenue Systems Assessment — a structured, four-week diagnostic that maps your current-state workflows, identifies where and why the system is breaking down, and delivers a 90–180 day Revenue Operating Roadmap. Tier 1 has standalone value. You're not required to proceed further, but if you do, the full Tier 1 fee is credited toward Tier 2.

  • If you're ready to build, Tier 2 is the full Revenue System Build — 10 to 12 weeks of architecture, CRM implementation, workflow redesign, team alignment, and stabilization. After that, clients access Orbit Advisory: a named, on-demand service layer for ongoing support, quarterly reviews, CRM audits, and new site launches.

  • You don't need to hire for this. All client-facing work — discovery, stakeholder interviews, system design, and engagement leadership — is led directly by OrbitalBH's founder. Where specific technical execution is required, such as CRM architecture builds, call tracking configuration, or workflow documentation, we bring in a vetted subcontractor network: Salesforce-certified specialists, call center platform experts, and data analysts. Every subcontractor works under our direction. You won't be managing them, and no deliverable leaves OrbitalBH without our review and sign-off. You're buying operator-led leadership, and that's what you get.

  • No. OrbitalBH provides business, operational, and advisory services only. We don't provide clinical services, treatment recommendations, or regulatory compliance guidance. And while we build systems designed for performance, business outcomes depend on your leadership alignment and internal execution — we don't guarantee specific results, and any firm that does should raise a flag.

  • Every engagement operates under a Master Services Agreement and a project-specific Statement of Work that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Where we access protected health information, we execute a BAA and/or QSOA before any access is provided.
